Getting another step closer to bringing much-needed homes and commercial spaces to Winnipeg’s downtown core. This 21-storey high-rise, constructed between two other towers owned by UWCRC2.0, will deliver 214 new homes, including 86 affordable suites - a meaningful step toward greater housing accessibility in the city.
It will also be the tallest zero-carbon residential high rise in Canada.
